Goodbye Gluten by Sally Holland
Having recently been diagnosed with Coeliac disease I was on
a mission to find cooking recipes that related well to New Zealand. I certainly
found it in this book.
Sally has had years of experience and her passion for baking
shines in these recipes.
They are delicious.
This book is of great quality and I would highly recommend
it to anyone.
